EARIST SAP online school is NOT accredited by CHED to date as informed by the officer in charge in Distance Education of CHED. MR KIM JAMES would deny the fact by saying that EARIST is AUTONOMOUS and doesn't need any approval from CHED to offer such program but if you will read CHED Memorandum Order No. 27 s 2005 titled "Policies and Guidelines on Distance Education" (available on their website), it stated there that both public and private are required to get approval from CHED before they can offer such program.

These two schools are precisely “not” approved by CHED to offer degree programs through distance education or non-traditional education as they call it. They keep on advertizing in their web sites that they have deregulated or autonomous status but once you inquire about their their programs for example Architecture or Engineering they will simply tell you that the said courses are not yet offered. Why the heck they are doing false announcement to the web. These schools are fool scammers!
